STAGE PILATES – Intense Active Stretch

Masterclass focused on intense Stretch.

After months of Pilates classes, where you toned up and improved the elasticity of your body, you may now feel the need to focus a bit ‘only on stretching, in order get that little boost to really relax all your muscles, and to achieve your next step of flexibility … and here’s the “masterclass” !

The lesson, born for my students, is actually for those who would like to improve their flexibility and  work intensively on stretching.

It will start with a general warm up of all the muscles and then we will focus on stretching each one in a deeper way. A class that will integrate elements from dance and yoga, with  alignment principles and relaxation through breathing.

The lesson will be suitable for all levels and all ages!
