Imprinting of the spine

Imprinting: it’s a feeling to look for in some positions, as a feedback of a correct movement.

The idea is to feel as if the spine let a homogeneous impression on the floor, imagining being on sand, for example.

So do not press on the floor some areas of your back more than others.
