Welcome! … and thanks to be here!

What will you learn in this course?

  • The general principles underlying the Pilates
  • The general approach of the Pilates exercises (as you will be guided by me during class)
  • You will go to personally experience the principles, then:
    • begin the workout and pilates
    • to set up for proper future work
  • learn the “warm-ups” that will always be present at the beginning of each lesson (but done very quickly without explaining every time the principle!

Who is it for?

  • To those who have never done pilates
  • To those who have already done it, but are not clear about what are the basic principles
  • To those who wants to take advantage of this course to study the various aspects of the principles and know me better “on action”
