What will you learn in this course?
- The general principles underlying the Pilates
- The general approach of the Pilates exercises (as you will be guided by me during class)
- You will go to personally experience the principles, then:
- begin the workout and pilates
- to set up for proper future work
- learn the “warm-ups” that will always be present at the beginning of each lesson (but done very quickly without explaining every time the principle!
Who is it for?
- To those who have never done pilates
- To those who have already done it, but are not clear about what are the basic principles
- To those who wants to take advantage of this course to study the various aspects of the principles and know me better “on action”
