Hi Pilates Lover! here’s the 2° Intermediate course… !!!
- I’ve already done Pilates
- I’m kind of fit
- I have no physical problems that keep me from some movements (if not, you may always choose to do it, skipping those forbidden positions and exercises)
The course is always structured by: 4 mini-workouts and 1 full class
TO DO IN 1 WEEK FOR 1 WEEKS
PS . It is not an obligation , of course, you can decide whether to skip days in between … the only thing I suggest is to be, in any case, fairly constant . You’ll see improvements and you’ll enjoy all the benefits !
PS2 . Even If you can’t do an exercise properly right away, do not get to obstinate , the same exercises will be proposed again during the course … you’d rather repeat a couple of times the whole course before moving on to the next step !
