Hi! here’s the 4° and last Beginner course… the workout is getting more challenging, and you’re almost ready to move on to the intermediate level! Pilates has made one more victim!

Prerequisites?

  • I’m not out of practice … 
  • I’ve done pilates before
  • I have no physical problems that keep me from some movements

The course is always structured by: 4 mini-workouts and 1 full class
