I had already practiced Pilates from 2010 to 2013 and it literally changed my life, both from the physical and mental point of view. I had to stop in 2013 because of some health issues, and for some reason I couldn’t motivate myself to start again since then. My work and personal schedule is never fixed, and therefore it has been impossible for me in the past couple of years to attend regular classes…and since in-person classes here in the UK are generally not exactly cheap, I didn’t want to sign up for a course not being sure whether I would be able to attend. I recently found out about Anna’s video courses and it’s been a blessing! I love the fact that I just need a mat to practice pilates at home, whenever I have some free time. I have started again from the beginner classes since I haven’t practiced pilates for a long time, and I find the pace just perfect: 20 minutes per day for the first 4 lessons is something that anyone can handle, no matter how busy you are…and than I take some more time in the weekend for the 5th class which is about 1 hour long. Anna is a great teacher, the training is simple and clear, and she is available for any questions and clarifications. I have now just started the second course and I’m already looking forward to some tailored Skype lessons with her in the future! Thanks for setting up this great format!
